Do you offer cake mixes?
Why, yes we do! Along with our kits, we offer Scratch Cake Company Cake Mixes. We will be having our PRE-LAUNCH very soon! Make sure to follow our social media accounts to be the first to know when our products are ready for our Pre-Launch and the party that will go along with it! Stay Tuned!
What flavors do you offer for custom cake/cupcake orders?
Red Velvet, Vanilla, Chocolate, Carrot Cake, Pumpkin, Dulce de Leche, Nutella, Oreo, Birthday Cake
Are there any additives or preservatives in your products?
Absolutely not. We have basic ingredients with no additives or preservatives. In addition, some kits include food coloring which is all natural.
Do you sell custom wedding cakes, custom birthday cakes, cupcakes, brownies and cookies?
We sure do! Please email us at ScratchBakingCoNY@gmail.com. Let’s get your custom order started. :) You can also look at our shop for treats that can be shipped.
How long will it take to ship my order?
Orders ship within 24-48 hours of payment. Ready to eat orders will only ship Monday-Wednesday. If you place an order on Thursday, it will ship on the following Monday.
Cake Kits Coming Soon
Single Cake Kit orders will ship within 24-48 hours of order placement. Subscriptions will ship on the first week of each even numbered month (February, April, June, August, October and December).
Standard Shipping takes anywhere from 5 - 7 business days to arrive.
Expedited Shipping takes anywhere from 3 - 5 business days to arrive.
Shipping fee
Shipping fee’s will vary depending on product weight, shipping speed choice and distance from our originating location.
Do you ship internationally
We do not currently ship internationally. We only ship in the continental United States.
Are your mixes gluten free, dairy free, vegan or sugar free?
Our mixes are simply scratch mixes. Unfortunately, we don’t offer gluten free, dairy free, sugar free or vegan (YET) :)
Are your mixes nut free
We do not use nuts in any of our recipes. However, our dry mixes are prepared and packaged using equipment that may come into contact with egg, soy and tree nuts.

What is Scratch Baking Company?
Scratch Baking Company came to be because our founder, Gilda Burke, saw a need for simply scratch cake mixes in the market. We have so many different and specialized products but none were simply scratch without all the preservatives and additives we find in traditional boxed cake mixes. She wanted to help people come together and feel great by baking and decorating a truly delicious scratch cake without all the fuss that goes along with it.
